Data deletion
If you left a review by signing in with Facebook or Google, we keep only your name, your profile identifier and the review itself — the rating, comment and photos. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
How to request deletion
Write to us
Send an email to lovikaltd@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
Tell us which review
Give the name the review was published under, the account you signed in with — Facebook or Google — and roughly when you sent it. Don't send us passwords or identity documents.
We delete it
We delete the review, its photos and your profile identifier without undue delay and within one month at the latest, then confirm it to you.
Removing access to your profile
Once your review is sent, we keep no access to your profile. If you'd still like to remove Lovika's app from your profile:
- Facebook: open Settings → Apps and websites, choose Lovika's app and remove it.
- Google: open Third-party apps & services in your Google Account, choose Lovika's app and delete the connection.
This ends the connection but doesn't delete a review you have already sent — for that, follow the steps above.
